I've had a quote from another company for less than you charge, will you match it?
No, we'll beat it. Let us know if you find another company hiring the same units as us for cheaper and we will beat their quote by £10.
Do you need a deposit?
No, never.
What happens on the day?
We will come to your chosen venue and set up all the equipment for you before explaining all the safety features and how to get the most from your hire. You will be asked to sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions and after answering any questions you may have we will leave you to it and be back to collect everything later. We will leave you a mobile number that you can call should you have any questions or queries throughout the day.
I am not sure my garden is big enough for a bouncy castle.
We offer a service which involves us coming to your home and checking whether your garden is large enough to cater for a bouncy castle, this is free of charge and there is no obligation. Generally a Bouncy castle needs 6ft clear at the rear and 4 ft around the sides.
The 12ftx14ft castles that we have are the most popular size as they fit in most gardens.
We also will need a passage of at least 3ft wide to get the castle into the garden/venue.
What are Sumo Suits?
Sumo Suits are large bulky suits that 2 people wear and try to push each other off of a sumo mat or onto the floor. They are hilarious fun! Our sumo suits are superhero suits made by Supersumo whose products have become the industry standard for safety and design, making them a regular choice for TV and corporate events.
You say you're a member of the BIHA, what does this mean?

The BIHA gives all members information, guidance and advice concerning all aspects of the business from the correct way to erect a bouncy castle to our legal duties and responsibilities.
